Here are the enterprise dynamics and industry information you care about
Oil-immersed transformers are the key power distribution equipment transformers, and are one of the most widely used substation equipment in power companies. To ensure the normal operation of machinery and equipment, ensure early detection and early resolution of common faults, and improve the efficiency of machinery and equipment application. So what are the contents of the maintenance and inspection of oil-immersed transformers? Transformer manufacturers will introduce the maintenance and inspection of oil-immersed transformers in detail.
1. Check whether the oil quantity and color tone of the transformer are normal and whether there is oil leakage.
The amount of oil should be within 1/4 to 3/4 of the oil gauge. If the oil level is too low, check for oil leakage. If the oil leaks, the power should be cut off for maintenance. If there is no oil leakage, oil should be supplied to the required oil level. When adding oil, pay attention to the temperature value indicated on the oil gauge scale, and add oil to an appropriate amount according to the average temperature at that time. The inspection of oil products is carried out by carefully observing the color of the oil. The new oil is light yellow in color, and turns light bright red after a period of operation. The oil that produces embrittlement and air oxidation is more serious in dark red. After a short circuit fault and thermal breakdown of the insulating layer, the oil contains carbon, and the oil color turns black.
2. Check whether the high-voltage and low-voltage bushings are cleaned, whether there are cracks, bruises and charge and discharge marks
Surface cleaning is a prerequisite for the casing to maintain the compressive strength of the insulating layer. When there is floating dust in the casing area, when it encounters rainy days or rain fog, the floating dust will be stained with water, resulting in a leakage current channel. Therefore, the floating dust on the casing should be cleaned up on time. The casing is cracked due to impact or charging and discharging, which will also reduce the compressive strength of its insulating layer, resulting in charging and discharging. Therefore, if the casing is found to be cracked or damaged, it should be replaced immediately.
3. Check whether the operating temperature of the transformer exceeds the requirements
The temperature rise in the operation of the transformer is mainly caused by its own heat. Generally speaking, the heavier the load of the transformer, the greater the amount of current passing through the electromagnetic coil during operation, the greater the calorific value, and the higher the operating temperature. The higher the temperature, the more embrittlement of the insulating layer and the reduced service life. According to the requirements, when the transformer is in normal operation, the temperature of the top oil in the fuel tank of the car should not exceed 85~95℃. If the oil temperature is too high, the heat inside the transformer will be aggravated, and the heat dissipation of the transformer heat pipe will be poor, so it needs to be quickly withdrawn from operation. , find out the reason, and carry out maintenance.
