Steps to dismantle the iron core of the old Juli transformer:

1. Preparation

At first you go to a pharmaceutical factory store and buy a bottle (about one liter) of banana water (also known as paint thinner). Then you find a vessel, put the transformer in it, but the vessel must be made of wired glass or pond porcelain, and the transformer must have a certain level of depth after putting it in, and then pour the banana water into it, which is called banana water. G. Cover the vessel with a wired glass lid to prevent the banana water from evaporating. So soak it for 24 hours. The next day you can see that the three-proof paint on the transformer has become loose, and then the iron core of the transformer can be pulled out. When pulling out the iron core, be sure to pull out the outer piece first. When removing other oral epithelial cells, use a woodworking saw blade or screwdriver to peel off 2-3 pieces, and only 2-3 pieces are removed each time. When dismantling, one piece will be damaged, it doesn't matter, one or two pieces of a transformer will not hurt the transformer.

Special attention, when dismantling, the two sides of the transformer should be dismantled equally. Then use banana water to wash the removed silicon steel sheet clean and tidy to remove residual paint. On the other hand, the skeleton diagram of the transformer can still be used at this time, but the paint has long since become loose in the dark, and the silk-covered wire has been removed, leaving the skeleton diagram for use. Generally speaking, the silk-covered wire at this time cannot be used for a long time. If you clean up all the paint on your surface, it won't work.

Note: When making the transformer again, if the iron core is not enough and there is a gap between the iron core and the skeleton diagram, it must be inserted with thick cardboard, so as not to fall off, to avoid noise from magnetic vibration. Sometimes it is seen that the insert is full. In fact, a woodworking saw blade or a screwdriver will be used to find a gap. This is not enough, and it must be fully inserted.

Transformer heating:

1. After placing a 4-5mm stainless steel plate on the heat treatment furnace, the transformer coil should be heated immediately. It is generally used for electric cattle and other cattle with too low requirements, such as choke rings.

2. Immediately blanch, if you want to store the capacitor, it can be boiled in oil, you can use a diesel engine or lubricating oil with low model specifications.

Second, go to the EI transformer core

A piece of I strip on the surface is very convenient and quick to take out. The third step is to take a broken circular saw blade with a length of about 20mm, place one piece of the transformer close to the edge of a solid wood board, and use a high-chromium alloy hammer to severely investigate and punish the woodworking saw blade to break a piece of E-piece. Take out the 2nd and 3rd tablets in sequence. Use an electric knife to extract each piece one by one until all are removed.
